Pricing:  We provide all of these benefits up to and including closing your first deal.  At that time you will be given the opportunity to make a purely voluntary contribution for the marketing of your programs and support of this platform and communities.   If you do not wish to continue to participate as a member simply decline the opportunity to make a .25% contribution at closing and your private lending account will be shut down.

Depending on which level of pro lender you are.   A Private Lending Professional (PLP) or a Private Lending Enterprise based on a monthly or ongoing total bass you get up to a certain amount of the following benefits:

• Reduced & Specific Loan Acquisition Costs: Professional private lenders on the platform pay a quarter-point fee per closed loan, with the first deal being free. This fixed cost eliminates expenses associated with traditional lead generation and marketing, potentially reducing overall operational costs.  This payment is voluntary and if the Private Lender does not wish to pay, they can ask the Title co to remove it from the closing docs and calculations.
• Increased Deal Flow and Exposure: The platform offers access to a wider pool of potential borrowers actively seeking private financing. This is accomplished thru exposing the Private Lenders loan programs to any borrower whose search criteria matches the Private Lenders loan programs.   
• Streamlined Administration: The platform’s automated matching and communication features can streamline loan processing and administration, freeing up time, capital and human resources.
